Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and resolve questions while delivering friendly service in-store. You’ll engage daily with shoppers, assist with locating items, and ensure merchandise is organized and available to meet customer needs.

This role supports multiple departments, requires basic computer and retail tech skills, and emphasizes accurate order processing, safety, and teamwork. Eligible for part-time scheduling with benefits consideration.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (phones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
