Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You’ll listen, answer questions, and ensure shoppers have a friendly, efficient experience while in-store.

In this role you’ll support departments across the store, handle merchandise stocking, and process orders with accuracy. The position supports part-time hours and offers benefits, including health, tuition assistance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (phones, tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
