Lowe's in Grandville, MI is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products and provide friendly, knowledgeable service throughout the shopping journey.

You will interact with customers, answer questions, locate merchandise, stock as needed, and process orders; responsibilities vary by department. This role offers flexible schedules with part-time options, health benefits, tuition assistance, a 401(k) match, and an associate discount.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer and inputting data.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology like smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and provide courteous service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe).
