Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience with retail tech such as smartphones or tablets.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties accordingly.
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies in a timely manner.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items as expected.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
