Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products and services, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will engage with customers, answer questions, and maintain organized merchandise throughout the day. As part of the Lowe's team, you’ll assist across departments, support order processing, and participate in on-the-job training to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint tinting, cutting materials, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
