Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (e.g., smartphones and tablets).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and merchandising on shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
