Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers, help with product selection, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You’ll interact with customers throughout the day, assist in locating items, and support efficient store operations.

Daily tasks vary by department; potential roles include Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Tools, and more. Part-time, with benefits and flexible scheduling. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer; inputting, accessing, modifying information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.
• Ability to lift ≤25 lbs unassisted or ≥25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
