Lowe's in Vermont is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will interact with shoppers throughout the day, assist with locating items, and support checkout and merchandise preparation in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service, strong communication, and teamwork across departments. Part-time schedules and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
