Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in a part-time role to assist customers with home improvement needs at our store. You will greet customers, help locate products, and ensure a positive shopping experience throughout the day.

The position involves standing for long periods, light lifting, and occasional heavy lifting. Opportunities exist for training across departments and potential career growth within Lowe's.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience using a computer, inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing or sitting.
• Lifting at least 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Monitor and replenish stock on shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe work, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
