Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and support merchandising and checkout processes.

The role involves assisting across departments, possible lifting, and standing for extended periods. Part-time schedules and varied duties reflect store needs and customer flow.

Competenze

• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties requiring standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support excellent customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe, cut wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
