Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly greet customers, help them find products, and provide expert service for home improvement needs. This role involves assisting with stock, processing orders, and supporting multiple departments as needed.

You will work in a fast-paced store environment, engaging customers, answering questions, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented and available. A positive attitude and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting and retrieving information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties requiring standing, sitting, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select merchandise and answer questions.
• Assist with stocking and organizing merchandise on shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support the team.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, bundling wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
