Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement projects. The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service across departments and may involve stocking shelves and assisting with orders and deliveries.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties as required
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs, alone or with assistance

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and timely
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
