Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will interact with customers daily, answer questions, and organize merchandise across departments. This role offers growth opportunities and a team-focused environment in our stores.

Expect to perform diverse tasks, from assisting customers at checkout to stocking shelves and supporting other store areas as needed. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access or modify information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform job duties as required.
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and information.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service goals.
• Prepare merchandise in your department to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
