Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the United States to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will engage with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

This role may involve loading merchandise, stocking shelves, and cross-training in other store areas. Strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 25 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input, access, modification, or output
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unaided or more with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare merchandise in your department (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
