Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You’ll assist with locating items, answering questions, and processing orders while maintaining merchandise organization and accuracy.

The role supports a variety of departments and requires friendly, reliable service, plus the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer and basic input/output tasks.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills for daily operations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform varied store duties.
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other departments to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
