Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the United States to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You’ll support daily operations, stock shelves, and assist with orders and deliveries while collaborating across departments.

The role emphasizes using basic computer and retail tech, staying active on the floor, and upholding excellent customer service standards. Retail environment, part-time scheduling, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
