Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure a smooth shopping experience while maintaining store standards.

In this role you may work in various departments based on staffing needs, with daily tasks including assisting customers, stocking merchandise, and processing orders.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer to input, access, modify or output information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation if needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves by identifying empty spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete any other duties as assigned.
