You will engage with customers during their shopping journey, assist with product selection, and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience. The role emphasizes friendly, professional customer service, basic tech usage, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without accommodations.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.
• Minimum lift of 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to enhance service.
