Job summary

Lowe's Stores in the United States are seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service. You may work in various departments and assist with loading merchandise while delivering storewide support.

Qualified candidates bring basic computer and retail tech experience; strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn across departments. This is a part-time, on-site role offering growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting data or using information systems.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves by checking for empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
