Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find the right products and provide friendly, proactive service in-store.

You’ll welcome customers, answer questions, and assist with locating merchandise across departments, ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role supports part-time schedules, offers benefits, tuition assistance, a company-matching 401(k), and an associate discount.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input/access information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas to aid customer service.
• Prepare merchandise for department (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
