Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of computer experience, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Must have 6 months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties as required, including lifting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Unload/stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
