Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting/accessing/modifying information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood) as needed
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
