Job summary

Join Lowe's as a Customer Service Associate and help customers with home improvement needs in our store. You will greet customers, help them locate products, and provide friendly service while supporting daily store operations.

You'll work in an environment focused on customer care, with opportunities to learn trade skills and participate in Lowe's benefits programs, including health insurance, tuition assistance, a 401(k) plan, discount, and more.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience including data entry.
• Six months experience with retail tech (phones/tablets).
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
