Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers and help them find products for home improvement. You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met in one of many store departments.

This part-time role offers a supportive environment with flexible scheduling, opportunities to learn trade skills, and access to Lowe's benefit programs.

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted, or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
