Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with finding products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will help customers navigate departments and services, process orders, and keep displays stocked.

The role offers varied tasks across departments and emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction. The position supports part-time schedules, with opportunities to learn multiple areas of the store, including tools, hardware, and home decor.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data entry
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs, with or without accommodation
• Bi-lingual skills (preferred) and relevant trade certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut components)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned
