Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find the right home improvement products and answer questions with friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data entry
• 6 months experience with common retail technology like smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock replenishment and shelf organization
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
