Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, professional service in-store.

As part of the Lowe’s team, you’ll assist across departments, handle merchandise, and participate in cross-training to ensure excellent customer experiences. The role supports flexible schedules and growth opportunities within a national home improvement retailer.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Proficient reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, electrical).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
