Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in the United States. You will welcome customers, help them find products and services for their home improvement needs, and engage with shoppers throughout the day to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

While assisting customers, you will listen, answer questions, organize merchandise, and support loading or handling items as required. Depending on needs, you may work across Departments with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer and basic software
• Six months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic required
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as needed
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with help

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and select merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence
• Assist with checkout guidance and inquiries
• Complete other duties as assigned
