Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will work across departments, processing orders and assisting with various store duties to meet customer needs.

The role supports part-time scheduling with opportunities to grow, and Lowe's offers benefits, discounts, and learning programs to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer and input/output information
• Experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted (or more with assistance)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and select products
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
