Lowe's in Richmond, VA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to stand for long periods; bilingual skills are a plus. Lowe's offers health insurance options, tuition assistance, a 401(k) match, an Employee Stock Purchase Program, and a 10% associate discount.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing or sitting.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by spotting empty shelf areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
