Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Virginia. You will welcome customers, help them locate products and services, and ensure their needs are met throughout their shopping experience.

You will assist with merchandise placement, answer questions, and process orders. The role may involve varying duties by department and occasional lifting or standing for long periods.

Formación

• 6 Months Experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.
• Bi-lingual skills (preferred).
• Retail and/or customer service experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service delivery.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., tint/paint, cut/thread pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
