Job summary

Lowe’s Customer Service Associate welcomes customers and helps them find the right products for home improvement projects, providing friendly, knowledgeable service at every touchpoint. You’ll assist with locating merchandise, process orders, and support stock replenishment while maintaining a positive store presence.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
