Job summary

Lowe’s is looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them locate products, and resolve home improvement questions in a busy store. You will interact with customers throughout the day and support multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
