Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer or tablet
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and manage inventory to ensure availability
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment
• Cross-train in other departments to support store operations
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
