Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the United States to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide attentive service. The role involves assisting customers, stocking, and processing orders while working across departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience with common retail technology like smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf spaces and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
