The role involves assisting with merchandise, answering questions, and providing friendly service throughout the shopping experience. You may be asked to load merchandise, stock shelves, and support various departments.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months' experience using a computer for basic tasks.
• 6 months' experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Lifts up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
