Lowe's in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Customer Service Associate who welcomes customers, helps them find products, and resolves home improvement questions. You will engage with shoppers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met with friendly, professional service.

You may work in departments such as Appliances, Hardware, Tools, or Home Décor. The role involves answering questions, stocking shelves, processing orders, and occasionally loading

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• Must have 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones, tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and keep accurate records.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise across departments.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies where needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store operations and service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Assist at checkout and guide customers through shopping.
