Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Summerville, SC. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. The role involves assisting across departments, stocking, and processing orders with a focus on friendly, efficient service.

The position offers part-time hours with opportunities for skill development in various home improvement areas and customer service excellence.

Qualifikationen

Basic computer use: inputting data, browsing, and simple tasks.
Familiarity with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets) used in-store.
Ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods as needed.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Aufgaben

Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
Stock replenishment by identifying empty areas on shelves.
Process orders and deliveries accurately so items reach customers on time.
Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipe, wood, etc.).
Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
Complete other duties as assigned.
