Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and fulfill home improvement needs in-store. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and available.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare items in your department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
