Job summary

Lowe's in Oklahoma (Broken Arrow area) is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will handle questions, assist with locating items, and support the store through various departments.

Daily tasks include stocking, processing orders, and helping customers at checkout, with opportunities to train in multiple areas and grow your trade skills within the Lowe's team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and perform related duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and identifying empty areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut pipe, cut wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or at checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
