Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Associate to warmly greet customers, help them find products, and resolve questions across departments. You’ll interact with shoppers daily, assist with locating items, and ensure merchandise is readily available.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting/accessing information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail tech such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform duties as needed.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
