Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and maintain organized aisles in a fast-paced home improvement environment.

You'll have opportunities to learn across departments, support team members, and participate in training programs designed to grow your retail skills and customer service capabilities at Lowe's.

Formación

• Experience using a computer in a retail setting.
• Experience with retail technology such as smartphones.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.
• Bilingual skills preferred to assist diverse customers.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
