Lowe's welcomes customers into its stores and offers assistance across departments to help with home improvement purchases. As a Customer Service Associate, you will greet shoppers, locate products, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.

You willwork in a part‑time role with opportunities to learn, grow, and support store operations. Benefits include flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information (at least basic computer literacy).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross‑functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
