Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer (6 months) and common retail tech (6 months).
• Basic arithmetic, reading and writing skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and selecting merchandise.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are available.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely service.
• Cross-train in multiple store areas to enhance customer support.
• Support checkout and guide customers through shopping experiences.
