Job summary

Lowe's in Michigan is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and deliver friendly service across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Home Décor. You will engage daily with shoppers, process orders, stock shelves, and support store operations with a flexible part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer and basic computer tasks.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• High adaptability to store tasks and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt.
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs.
• Assist customers through checkout and shopping decisions.
