Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, inputting, accessing, modifying data
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform job duties as needed
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and provide friendly service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
