Lowe's Home Centers, LLC in Durham, NC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right home improvement products and services. You will listen to questions, guide shoppers, and ensure customer needs are met.

You will spend your day assisting customers, stocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, and supporting other store areas as needed. Benefits include health options, tuition assistance, 401(k), employee stock purchase program, 10%

Formación

• 6 months of experience using a computer and inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to perform duties with prolonged standing and other physical tasks.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs, unassisted or with help as needed.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
