Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate in the United States. You will welcome customers, help them find products and services for home improvement, and ensure their needs are met throughout the visit.

Work involves assisting across departments, stocking, answering questions, and guiding checkout while maintaining a high standard of customer care. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills and certification in a trade area are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise on shelves and replenish as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to boost customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
