Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, hardware, wood) per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties.
