Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will interact with shoppers, assist with locating items, and ensure needs are met throughout the day.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders, and cross-training in other store areas to deliver excellent service. The role supports a team-driven environment and consistent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other areas to enhance service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
